If anyone has any better apps let me know. So I decided to see what I could do to use it on PC and came up with this. I like ease of use for making a quick character. The only downsides are there is no version for the PC and you can't really add most custom content (like archetypes). It's currently free (although I'd still be willing to pay a small amount for the sucker). My buddy was browsing on his phone when he found Pathbuilder. If it had the ability to add custom content that wasn't a nightmare of looking through messy xml style files I'd probably still stick with that as my primary program of choice. Kudos to the creators of the program for providing a free option to the community. Some of the options are in rather strange places, have odd submenus or are even difficult to find. PCgen is pretty decent but can be a clunky mess at times and not always intuitive. But that feels excessive for a program that basically just organizes already free content. I get that it's a lot of work to put the program together and enter into the database. $30USD (approx $40CAD) for the basic app that really only has the core rules then another $10USD ($13.50) to basically unlock each book's worth of content? You're looking at hundreds of dollars to unlock all the content. Herolab is WAY more expensive than it needs to be. People keep pointing me to Herolab or PCGen. I've been looking for a good Pathfinder Character generator. /r/3d6 - For character creation, advice and sharing (system agnostic)./r/Battlemaps - For your VTT battlemap requirements./r/Tabletop - For your general tabletop gaming shenanigans./r/lfg - Looking For Group, find other players, etc./r/RPG - For general, non-Pathfinder related RPG discussion./r/Starfinder_rpg - For dedicated discussion of Paizo's Science Fantasy system and setting./r/Pathfinder_Kingmaker - To discuss the Owlcat-made computer RPGs./r/Pathfinder2e - For dedicated Second Edition discussion./r/Pathfinder - For Pathfinder Society Organization/Discussion.Other subreddits you might be interested in: Fillable character sheets and intelligent character builders. Some of these tools and resources include the following: We have a Wiki page that includes links for various useful tools and resources, most of which have been provided by the members of this community.
